I equip people with innovative strategies to decrease stress, prevent burnout, and boost happiness at work!

 

I use my experience in improv and stand-up comedy to entertain and engage audiences, while delivering research-based best practices. I’ve found that when people are laughing and having fun, they’re more willing to engage in even difficult topics (plus, they’re far more likely to retain what they learn).
